The promoter also reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone who is in breach of the terms of participation. Any false information regarding entrance requirements or the unlawful submission of more than one competition post or multiple comments will result in disqualification of the entrant concerned. If necessary, entrants may also be disqualified and prizes withdrawn or reclaimed after the end of the competition. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other substitute.
The judges’ decision is final. The legal contract agreed on by the entrants and the promoter of the competition is subject to the law of the Republic of Austria. These terms and conditions of participation may be changed at any time without prior notice.
