A myth tells of the 4 elements - fire, water, earth and air - which are embodied by the 4 Albigen (nature elves) and their influence name on the forces of nature. Paths and trails around the idyllic village of Grins have been dedicated to the 4 Albigen.

From the sports field you walk approx. 100 m on the asphalt road until you reach the junction at the Kneipp facility. Now you go past the Kneipp facility to the small chapel where you turn left up to the forest path. When you reach the forest path turn left to the Wasseralb. Now follow the path to the forest road. Follow the road up to the Feueralb and continue to the Wildbadquelle junction. Go past the Wildbadquelle spring to the Erdalb and then down towards the centre of the village. There you keep right and walk down to Luftalb. From Luftalb, the trail leads back to the starting point, the sports field in Grins.
